Introduction

At Jalan megamart, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and exchanges to ensure a transparent and satisfactory experience for our customers.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Products must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all Jalan megamart tags and packaging intact.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

Initiate a Return/Exchange: Contact our customer service team at +9177779 52991 with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions for returning your item.
Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely and include any related accessories or documentation. Clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your item for this process to be completed.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In the case of manufacturing defects or if you received the wrong item, Jalan megamart will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Items can be exchanged for a different size, color, or an entirely different item of equal or lesser value.
If the new item is of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

Exceptions

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
